Many physical therapy and rehabilitation programs get you moving and pain free again, but few actually get you back into shape to play sports again. Our corrective exercise program accounts for the physical demands sports place on your body and teaches you the tools to optimize your performance and keep you injury free. Our goal is not to just decrease your pain but to correct movement patterns, re-balance muscles and stabilize weak spots because training an imbalanced or injured muscle is wasted. Once you are out of pain and muscles are re-balanced your body will perform at its best allowing you to do what you love to do!

After treatments such as ART® or Graston Technique®, at home stretching exercises and foam rolling are critical to restoration of proper function as they promote re-alignment of the fibers so that they behave more like normal, healthy tissue.
